What is Known about the Intervention with Gender Abusers? A Meta-analysis on Intervention Effectiveness

In this research, a meta-analytic study is proposed with the aim of determining state art efficacy treatment programs for gender aggressors across different variables. The general meta-analysis show positive, though not significant, effect intervention. analysis moderating variables shows close-to-moderate size interventions lasting fewer than 16 weeks/sessions (δw = .39) follow-up periods greater or equal to 12 months .38), significant moderate using cognitive-behavioral therapy .57). However, along same lines, as meta-analyses, no definite conclusions can be drawn about effectiveness type program.
